The voice commands at this junction are a bit confusing. I would like to have the split happen sooner, and the left split has THIS segment which I think can be removed. The instruction would be much better as just ‘Keep Left Onto M61 (N)’, instead of “keep left onto J15 to M61”. It’s the start of the M61, not a slip or entry road on to it.
I would like to remove the Keep Right instruction as well, as it is not needed and adds to confusion.

Getting rid of the "keep right"s is more controversial. Personally, I agree with you, Waze would be better off without them.
However some feel that where both
people can have been happily driving along in lane 1, and without changing lane suddenly find themselves whisked off onto a different road, and
there is no immediate chance to correct that mistake (i.e. the road off doesn’t lead to a roundabout or similar which permits immediate return to the intended route)
then Waze should issue a “keep right” to prompt people to get out of lane 1.
Of course, Waze also issues these "keep right"s to people in lanes 2/3/4 who have no need of them, which is why, on balance, I would like to get rid of them.
I’ve downlocked the relevant roads, but I think you might be well advised to ask TImbones or similar before you kill the "keep right"s.
Re: ACW, the keep right is needed there so that drivers aren’t unexpectedly diverted off of the M60 without being to recover. Same goes for CW.
As I drove that way on Friday, I was lamenting the lack of junction number on the exit instruction, as I couldn’t work out if the matrix signs were relevant or not. I think it would be good to have a short ramp wayfinder that includes the number.
You appear to have removed the ‘keep right’ instructions from here? I think they should be kept, as it’s a long detour to correct an accidental exit.
I’d also like to see “J15” instead of “Entry” in the instructions, though I admit we don’t have them for other motorway splits (I hope we can change them too).
The ‘keep right’ on the CW side was meant to be 21 degrees, somehow saved it on 20. Its definitely 21 now. Entry changed to J15 both directions. On the ACW side, the split was as it was. It is now the same as on the CW side.
