I construct that according to U-Turn / side street combinations (at the bottom)

The median now is less than 15 meters and it’s supposed to work. If you prefer I can delete the Z and just allow turns in the original segment (increasing the median length), it would be simpler maybe :?

I wasn’t thinking about deleting…just no right on those segments
