The following onramps in Downtown Los Angeles have been closed for months due to construction. They’re still closed (They’ve been closed for months, and no idea when they’re reopening), but just in the past few days Waze has been navigating onto the ramps.
I’d recommend setting the closure for at least another six months (maybe even a year). They’ve been closed since January. I drive past these ramps all the time and it doesn’t look like they’re actually doing anything to them. I’ll come back and report once I see them reopened.

Thank you for the update!
As there are a number of SoCal editors who are keeping up with ramp closures, and several different ways of handling them in Waze, I’d ask that no one take action on this for a couple of hours, until I’ve had a chance to see if someone is on it already. Stand by…
Thanks for the heads up on this. We had closures on there, using a new system under test, but something happened to them. They have now been re-entered and backed up with an alternate system of closure. Please let us know if they disappear again.
At this point, according to the documentation, they’re scheduled to reopen just before Christmas. I believe the work is happening along the side of the freeway, rather than on the ramps themselves.
I originally requested the map update for the original closure way back when, and at the time they were scheduled to reopen in May 2014. But obviously, that didn’t happen.
This segment has reopened: https://www.waze.com/editor/?env=usa&lon=-118.24851&lat=34.06079&layers=260&zoom=4&segments=4409520
I drove by it tonight.
I was not able to tell if the other ramp mentioned above had reopened.
