Reason for request: shouldn’t this be marked as a ferry, instead of minor highway?

The ferry road type does not work at the moment. It’s quite complex, where some regions (Netherlands) are getting very specific help in order to address it.

And we identify the issue with the current setup, and propose solutions. Depending on the priority level, and how this affects transportation; waze may escalate it, and give us a unique solution.
