Lots of updates for multiple roads and ramps at the Girard Ave/I-95 interchange:

  • “to Columbus Blvd” should read “to Delaware Ave” link
  • unnamed ramp should read “to I-95 S / Aramingo Ave / I-95 N” (reads a bit odd, but that’s what the signage says) link
  • “to I-95 S / Chester” should read “to Delaware Ave / I-95 S / Chester” link
  • “to I-95 S” should read “to I-95 S / Chester” link
  • “to Aramingo Ave / Lehigh Ave” should read “to I-95 S / Aramingo Ave / Lehigh Ave / I-95 N / Trenton” link
  • “East Girard Ave” should be abbreviated to “E Girard Ave” link
  • all Columbus Blvd segments should be “Delaware Ave” link
  • “to I-95 S / Aramingo Ave” should read “to I-95 S / Delaware Ave / Aramingo Ave / Lehigh Ave” link

If I discover more, I’ll update the post.

I changed most, but left off the names for the ramps except where necessary. Usually, only the last ramp segment that attaches to the freeway should be named.
That should do it. Thanks.

Two ramps still need to be fixed:

  1. This section should read “to I-95 S / Aramingo Ave / Lehigh Ave / I-95 N / Trenton”
  2. This ramp should read “to I-95 S / Aramingo Ave / to I-95 N” (otherwise it defaults to the next segment which just says “to I-95 N / Trenton” which is confusing)

Also, “N Delaware Ave” should just read “Delaware Ave” because there is no S Delaware Ave, and Columbus Blvd should not be an alternate name for this segment, since the actual Columbus Blvd is a couple miles south.

I have some questions for you. Please give me more feedback:

That is really quite a mouthful. I don’t know if Jane can spit all of that out in time for the next instruction.
As it is, leaving that segment blank means the wazer gets ONLY the instruction that pertains to the “correct” lane for this trip. For the left lane, the instruction will be
to I-95 S / Delaware Ave
or
to Aramingo Ave / Lehigh Ave
depending on the destination.

for the left lane, you will get
to I-95 N / Trenton

Do you think this situation will cause any confusion?

Again, you get the instruction from further down the ramp.
If you are to head to Delaware Ave, you get the Delaware Ave instruction.
Can you get to Aramingo that way? Aerial view shows a divider.
If you are to head to I-95 N/ Trenton, you get that prompt.

It’s a matter of right lane/ left lane, which Waze cannot say until you get to the fork in the road.

Looks like this has been fixed.
