I’m finding that I can’t raise a UR on the Live Map.
When I left-click on a road, I’m not getting the pop-up allowing me to report traffic or raise a UR. I’ve tried it in various places, and all I’m getting is a little rotating circle.
I’ve disable the LMUR extension, and also restarted Chrome, with no change.
Am I having a senior moment and just doing it wrong, or is Live Map more broken than usual?

No, it’s not just you. I noticed it a couple of days ago: clicking on the map just produces the little animated circle. At that time, I was getting a popup with some sort of “server error” after some time, but that doesn’t seem to be happening today.
