Not too long ago, I tried to enter a temporary street closure for a fire blocking a major artery. The app allowed me to open the closure and I could annotate the other end of the street blockage, but the app refused to let me annotate the starting point. At the time, I was inside the boundary I needed to set. In other words, I had already passed the cross streets needed to be set up for a detour inside the app and was stuck. Think of it as being between interstate exits and being past the last exit while the road in front of you is blocked for an accident. In this case, not being able to indicate you need to exit earlier only causes other users in that window between the initial road blockage and official parties setting up detours. For those of us who like how Waze has real time updates, fixing this would be very helpful.
