This junction is notorious for generating reports from users who see the no left/right turn signage at the traffic lights and fail to realise that the signage only applies to some of the possible turns from the road they’'re currently on - whilst the route signage further back from the junction does indicate that some of the turns are permitted, if you haven’t noticed this then it’s understandable that on getting to the junction itself, the no left/right turn signage would then appear to indicate no left/right turns of any kind…
However, having contacted the local authority responsible for this junction and received confirmation of exactly what the turns restrictions are here, we can confidently state that the corresponding restrictions set in Waze are correct and, regardless of how many reports are raised here, no changes should be made to the restrictions.
I’d recommend that you enable the map comments layer in WME (open the layers menu by moving your mouse pointer over the menu icon to the right of the save button in the top-right corner of the WME window, and the Map comments layer entry can be found down the bottom of the menu), as there’s a map comment polygon placed on top of this junction which includes details of why the restrictions are set the way they are.
