I also noticed that a lot of the elevations on a lot of the Ipswich mwy segments are all wonky, a lot of them are set to elevation 1 & 2 when they really don’t need to be.
Can you please advise on this? Is there a reason they are like this? If so, the two segments I set to ground may need to be fixed.

There’s elevations all over the place everywhere. They should be ground unless there is actually a road bridge or tunnel (any segments with no cross segments should remain as Ground, no need to elevate water bridges).
As for the ramp question, it should be left as a Freeway type segment to avoid unintended TTS issues. I think Pete was doing some playing around with this area last year (or earlier this year) to get things right through there.
