LVL 5 needed: I-495 Express lanes around Washington, DC

These express lanes which parallel the I-495 Beltway from The Dulles Toll Road (rte.267) to Braddock Road, need to be edited to show that they are TOLL roads. Route I-495 is not a toll road. But the I-495 Express lanes are, as well as have limited access to them. Yet several times I have been driving on the Inner loop of the beltway and Waze has moved me onto the Express Lanes and suggested that I turn onto roads that can only be accessed from those Express Lanes.

We need a level 5 editor to accomplish this please. Mark the Express Lanes as TOLL ROADS.

The entrances to HOT lanes should be marked with the toll flag. This will prevent Waze from routing those wishing to avoid tolls onto the HOT lanes, while allowing Waze to use the HOT lanes for routing for those willing to pay a toll for a faster commute.
The lanes of the HOT itself should not be flagged as a toll road, to prevent Waze from trying to route HOV users out of the HOT lanes if they have toll avoidance active in the client.

The entrances to the Express lanes are marked as toll roads. If you find an entrance ramp to the Express lanes without a Toll segment then please PM me and I’ll fix it.

If you have the avoid toll roads flag set then you should not be routed onto the Express lanes. If Waze is jumping your location onto the toll road without you actually being on them or being routed onto them then that is gps inaccuracy. From what you describe it sounds like gps error is the culprit.
