Advice please: these two bungalows are nos 1-4 Lyne View. How should I add them to the map?
They are distinct from Broomlee Cr. which has its own nos 1-4. There’s a track from Broomlee Cr. to No.1 which could be added as “Lyne View”. But Nos 2 and 3 are served from Broomlee Cr. and No 4 from Station Rd - so there’s no track, not even a path, for 3+4.

Either:
Add new walking trails, using the pedestrianised area road types, don’t connect them up to any other segment. Name them Lyne View. Add house numbers to new footpaths.

or:
Add residential point places, adding the address as needed. Ensure the Entry Points are added for each address to where the driver need to be navigated to for that address.
A walking trail doesn’t work for nos 3+4 because there is no track or trail, just Station Rd - and footpaths shouldn’t be marked along roads.
So I’ve added point places with appropriate entry points.

The walking trail isn’t used for routing along, it’s used to route the user to the nearest appropriate point. There are 2 ways this can work:
Unconnected walking trail: Waze will route to the closest point to the walking trail that is on a driveable segment. So, for example, if you have a terrace of houses on a road, but with a different name from that road, you place a walking trail parallel to the road and name it. If you add house numbers, then Waze will navigate to exactly the correct point on the road.
Connected walking trail: In this case, you connect the walking trail to a driveable segment which creates a “virtual node” - it doesn’t actually split the road segment. Waze will then navigate to the connected end closest to the destination point. You would use this if there’s say a crescent of houses away fro a road with walking access from the road at one or both ends.
It looks like your situation here matches the second case. But residential places will do as well.
