Wazeo suggests getting advice from country managers. Can’t see anything on one.network or National Highways about it.
Usually, depending on the amount of time the roadworks will be in place. If it’s less than a month, then it probably wouldn’t be worth it.
We would need the location extents of the speed restrictions, and the location of any cameras/average speed zone. Dashcam footage could help, or even get details from National Highways or their contractors directly.
I did post this on that UR but highways England have posted some dashcam footage going Eastbound will have to slow it down though about 1:30 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V5TcAuqo3w4&t=94s if that helps think when I went that way a few weeks ago it was down to 50 then 30 over the “bridge” bit then 50 again before going back to 70
