Major Traffic Event? - Canberra Running Festival 14-15 April

The government closures website has just announced closures for Canberra Running Festival.

There will be a lot of Closures on 14 and 15 March from 4am to 10:30am or 4 am 1:30pm. It will be a lot of closures and include some high impact roads.

What is the Major Traffic Event process? is there still time to set it up?

Should I be documenting the closures similar to M5 Maintenance?
Or is there a different way to handle this?

Edit:
Ituajr pointed me to https://wazeopedia.waze.com/wiki/USA/Real_time_closures#Major_Traffic_Events_.28MTEs.29

I have used the MTE Submission Form and am waiting to hear back.
