Map Issues weren't uploaded to the WME

Steps to reproduce this issue:
During a recent drive, I sent multiple map issues for me to handle at a later point. After about 10 hours, they are still missing from the WME, although the drive does show up in the drives tab.

I’ve submitted logs right now. According to the WME, the drive ID is f63cd6c8-a761-34ae-b6ec-7fa239846f4e. All URs from this drive are missing.

Hello @r0den ,

Thank you for reporting the issue.

Could you please let me know if the reports are visible now? Also, it would be helpful if you could share approximate time of the drive and a link to the segment where the reports were submitted.

Thank you,
Kasia

Hello @r0den ,

Thank you,
Kasia

Hi @Kasia-staff , I don’t recall any recent incidents. I guess no.
Thanks! I’ll post back if I ever come around this issue again.

@r0den , thank you for the information. In this case I will mark this thread as closed for now but if the problem reappears, please let me know.

Have a nice day!

Kind regards,
Kasia

Hi @Kasia-staff ,

I have reported a couple of map issues on my last drive, and they aren’t on the map in WME. I submitted logs right now; the drive started at 14:33 and successfully ended, with the drive being shown in WME. This is the area where I reported these map issues.

Also, reporting on behalf of @mmsshh1992 who also experienced this issue. He submitted a few reports on Saturday in this area, but none were uploaded to the map. I asked him to submit logs, which he did right now.

Hello @r0den ,

Thank you for getting back.

Could you please share if by any chance you remember where those reports were submitted? The permanent link to the location would be very helpful.

Thank you,
Kasia

Hi Kasia, the reports were submitted on these segments.
