Hi.

What was the problem? You selected a road segment outside your facility. Has there been a change with the road routing? Let us know what needs to be fixed. Thanks.

The current online map routes patrons to the building next door instead of our parking lot immediately west. I clicked on that road segment in hopes it would mark the 2 entrances/exits for our parking lot.

Understood. I approved your place update. Yes. the place point was snapping to the wrong road.

There is also an entrance off Water St.

Is that appropriate - is it connected to your parking lot? If yes, we can leave it - - Waze will pick the best route.
