Hello Wazers!
I´m helping on the effort to map cities around Yemen but all major roads and express ways are locked in level 4.
So we need a Country Manager, Waze Champ or anyone with level 4 and editing status on Yemen to change the locked roads to level 3.
Al Mukalla it´s a good place to start unlocking.
