The team surfaced another way you can support partners 
Do you know about the Partners Meetings Reimbursements process? You can have a mentoring session with partners, as long as you first get your SCM’s approval for it, and then submit that specific form (no need to submit the Mentoring Cafe form, it’ll be considered a “Partners meeting”, not a “Mentoring Cafe”).

Some things were not clear after looking at the form.
“For each meeting, a total of up to $60 USD will be received for transportation and meal, this budget is intended for the community member only. **Waze will not be able to cover the expenses for non-community members (including partners).”
" Waze will not cover any expenses above the $60 USD granted per meeting (the budget includes tip)"
What does the “including partners” part in the first quote mean?
I guess this is only to reimburse the editor, not the partner.

In iraq we have problems in payment methods, the country dont support paypal or any other global method, I think there is westernunion and only accept transfer from some country

Each country can use the budget twice a year!
- For events with less than 4 people, the budget is $50 per person.
- For events with more than 4 people, the budget is $200 for the entire event. To keep the event focused on mentoring, please have no more than 6 people (up to 2 mentors, and up to 4 mentees).

One other little detail: the request form has room for 5 mentees.

Thanks, I updated the cadence on the form to twice a year.
I tried to simplify the form’s intro, that’s why it doesn’t include the full details.
And yes, it’s okay to have 5 mentees, if there’s 1 mentor, so that there are still no more than 6 people in the event. We’re not very strict about the division here (number of mentees) since we trust you to keep the event focused on learning.

How many days/weeks in advance of the cafe should we request it?
For Waze cafes it’s 4 weeks (which is too much in my opinion).
2 weeks in advance is usually enough here, and if you need it sooner you can ping me to make sure I see the request in time
