Hi. Sorry, Iām not able to identify the segment from your link. What is the road name and crossroad? There are many closures set by the city in Ann Arbor - They take care of most of their stuff themselves as a partner.
Your link brings me to 302 Liberty. There is a city closure on that segment for Thursdays through August.

Hello,
The closure in question is along Main Street, between Wialliam Street and Liberty Street. This street segments shows as closed all-day each day, when in reality it is only closed Friday through Sunday each week (ending on October 31).

OK Thanks. There are no active closures on Main - but the history shows there may have been user-generated closures (set through the app). The city shows no closures on that section of Main, although there are construction closures on other streets for various road and building projects.
