Midway Airport Landmark

I saw a UR a couple days ago complaining about directions to Midway. When I searched for it, I got a couple results. One I’m assuming was from Bing and was right. The other was from the landmark and took guidance to the south where it found an access road for the airport, the only road that entered the landmark. I knew if I deleted it, it would just reappear. So I took the name off of it and locked it. I then placed a landmark covering the departures/arrivals. I’ll check in a few days to see the results.

I would name the airport landmark this: “Chicago Midway International Airport (MDW)”

Just my .02

I have done that to KC and I can search by name or MCI and get good result with Waze search results for directions to it.

You refering to this one I put over the terminal? https://www.waze.com/editor/?zoom=3&lon=-87.74661&lat=41.78556&layers=BFTFFTTTTTTTFTTTTTFTTTTFT&landmarks=819563

doh, sorry, forgot that airport layout was that way, sorry!

That’s what makes this one funny to go to since the drop off and pick up are on the east side of Cicero Ave and the airport to the west.

I hope your revision works out.

As of now, it worked. The landmark on the client still shows the name, but the search for midway airport doesn’t return the bad location.
