This intersection allows a right turn at the corner after the … elbow … to enter the main road (lanikuhana needs to disallow right turn on the highlighted area to kamehameha highway)
Although you posted this in the “Unlock Request” forum, I assumed that you just wanted this fixed. So I fixed the turn as you described, but did not lock or unlock anything in the area.
