Hello anytime I drive into my apartment complex (101 briars dr, Clinton, MS 39056 if needed) waze will tell me to go down the street and make a u-turn when in fact all I need to do is take a left turn. There is a median in the road that has plants and grass that cannot be driven over but there is in fact a gap allowing you to take a left turn that I think waze doesn’t see. I have attached screenshots and shown the median in orange (including the gap to take the left turn), the path waze tells me to go in purple, and the correct shortest path in green. Because I always take a left turn and don’t make the unnecessary u-turn waze thinks I never “reach” my destination. Thanks! 
I just searched for that address in my app and was given the crossover directly into the apartment complex.
Can you tell me exactly what you are entering into the app so I can make sure I am searching the same way you are?
If you are using a previously searched result, you may want to delete it and do a new search.
Ah my apologies! I just took your advice and re-added the address and it will now correctly direct into the complex. Not certain why that worked but it did! Thank you very much!
Funny enough if you type that address (into an inferior navigation app) it actually makes you go 2 streets down and make a u-turn. Waze would only make you go 1 street down and make a u-turn. I have attached a screenshot showing that!(unavailable attachment: Screenshot_20220712-173657_Maps.jpg)

They don’t even have the crossover at all. I will see if I can submit a request to add it, but no promises.
