Missing points and rank!

Hi there.

My points have appeared to have disappeared. On the website (Dashboard) it says my rank is 0 but I have 20,000 points. On my phone however I’m back to a baby wazer and I have no rank or points. Is this an issue that will fix itself or do I have to do something?

Me to, 196000 Points on website but ranks zero, and phone is baby level.
