Montana U-turns

Kinematic et al, thoughts on expanding the Montana Wiki U-turn section to include some guidance on when to enable them (past the existing reference to legality)? I used California as a base when pushing for U-turn guidance in Nebraska, and then added some additional tips about divided road box/partial-box “u-turns”.

I came across this while updating some SL on I-90. I must say this is absolutely not acceptable. These are all allowed U-turns, not one is a restricted turn and this was all updated January of last year. Yes I’ll be contacting the editor. If you are thinking of putting in a U-turn please read junction style/interchange.

To give the benefit of the doubt, and having done a metric tonne of basemap work, that looks like basemap u-turns. I bet someone went through and did a bulk change of roads from Unknown to 2-way and allowed all turns (and thus edit-stamping the roads), but didn’t do any more granular work. Miles City was that way. TWSchroeder perhaps?
