Monterra Golf Directions are incorrect

Hello,

Some of our guests have followed directions provided by your and it is taking them into the Snowbridge subdivision and not to our bag drop and parking lot. We have a had a few guests arrive late for their tee times because their GPS directions led them astray and into a subdivision. I am not sure if it is because of where you list Monterra Golf on the map as pictured in the attachment. On the attachment, I indicated in yellow where the Monterra Golf Shop and bag drop are is located.

The golf course entrance is off of Village Way as the Golf Shop is located in the Blue Mountain Village Conference Centre. The address is 220 Jozo Weider Blvd, but there is no road entrance, just an unnamed roundabout of Village Way where our bag drop is located and our golf guests park in the main Blue Mountain Resort Parking lots.

I was not able to see the provided attachments, but I was able to do some research and found that our stop point for the Monterra Golf place in Waze was the main conference entrance (on the north side of the facility, just off Jozo Wieder Blvd). I have moved our stop point to the bag drop cul-de-sac on the west side of the conference centre.

You should also be aware that Google Maps currently has their pin for Monterra Golf at the geographic centre of the course, so if any Wazers choose that location, or somehow send it over to Waze, they will also get bad navigation results. You might want to use the “Suggest an Edit” feature on Google Maps to make a correction there as well. You mentioned that users were being routed to the Snowbridge subdivision – that is probably the group of users who are using the Google pin location.
