I have logged an internal case and we will investigate it further.
Also, I was not able to reproduce the issue with other MSs but if you come across any other examples of this problem, please share them here.

Upon review of a MS, I wanted to reject it. However, as soon as the cursor touched the MS window, the window disappeared and a, “Something went wrong” error appeared. I am unable to do anything with the MS.

This was attempted in Chrome (Version 148.0.7778.96 (Official Build) (64-bit), with no TamperMonkey or Toolbox extensions active.
Another editor looked into the matter and identified an error that it could not find the node for the segment.
