Standard bug
Steps to reproduce this issue:
When I try open this area in Zoom higher than 15 I have WME crash,

When I open the area to the north, it’s ok, but when I drive to this area above, WME immediately has an error.

Thank you for reporting the problem. I managed to reproduce the error on my side as well. I have filed an internal ticket for the team and asked them to address it.

Please feel free to leave a comment if you notice the problem in other locations.

@MatthiasGor, I am back to you. Could you please check if the error appears with the permanent hazards layer off?

Ok, In Private mode it works.
I think now the problem was generated via some script.

I have video if you want to do investigation I can send you, If you want to close this case you can do too.
