I’m a Level 1 editor and want to fix some problems on segments locked at level 3.

Several incorrect turn restrictions are blocking normal routes through the major junction at Hwy 237, El Camino Real and Grant Road in Mountain View CA.

Please either unlock those segments or update the turn restrictions.
