My house is shown at an incorrect location

Greetings! My house is located at 11 Branch Ave, Plainville, MA. Waze (and Google maps) incorrectly take everybody to 11 Hillside Road (which is at the corner of Branch Ave and Hillside Road), instead of to my house. My house is several houses further down Branch Ave. (I believe Mapquest has the location correct).

I’ve attached a screenshot that I took in the Waze app while at home. The blue arrow is where my house is located. Waze incorrectly shows 11 Hillside and 11 Branch at the same physical location! (I’m further down the street by the blue arrow).

Google Maps shows my correct physical location as 13 Branch Ave, if that helps. I submitted a correction to Google, but i hear it takes a very long time for them to fix map issues.

So I’m hoping you can help me and correct the error in Waze. I would be a great help. Packages are misdelivered and contractors show up at the wrong house!

We’ve validated the house numbers of the residences on Branch Ave. There is a screenshot here showing most of them and their locations as provided by town information. We’ve set Waze to use those locations and adjusted the driveway entry points as best we can from looking at this picture.

This will take a couple of days, possibly more, before they become usable in the app. If, after that time, there is still a problem, please notify us.
