Following what I think is excellent, succinct style guidance for PLRs that also explains the reasoning (https://wiki.waze.com/wiki/Nebraska#Parking_lots), I believe guidance with explanation will help all NE editors with consistency regarding driveways, which is especially important in rural NE.
I have generally been leaving single residence “short” (<200’) driveways off my must map list.
But, you do provide an interesting point that they are a “feature” on some long segments.
I’ll think further on what you wrote.
Does anyone have any strong objections to including this in the general NE mapping best practices? If there are no objections soon, I will go ahead and make the update so that new editors have guidance. (We can always amend, revise, or delete the guidance as opinions and standards change)
