Need some high level editors to help me with errors on waze

Hello,
There are couple of map errors in my area in Beirut. The system is restricting me to make modifications either not mentioning a reason, or requiring a level 7. Is there any local high level editor so I could suggest those errors or missing roads so we could better assist the waze users?

You are probably outside your area of allowed edition.

In the right tab of the Waze Map Editor, check the option to show editing area to see if you can edit there or not

Thank you very much, I last used the app in the US almost 5 years ago, and totally forgot that I need to drive with the app to be able to access map editing feature. Thank you very much for letting me know and refreshing, I spent over 2 hours to figure it out, but couldn’t. Thank you again. A
