Hi! I need to update our business address, our customers have been driving to our old location. It has been updated in Google but Waze has not made the change and still shows our old address.
Hello! Please see this Waze Help article for instructions on how to Add, Edit, and Delete Places on the Waze Map using the app.
If your business listing on Waze included photos which are no longer relevant, it’s probably best to delete the old location and create a new one, rather than edit the details and move the navigation pin.
A local editor will review the changes for accuracy and standardization.
If you want an editor to make the changes directly, you can provide those details by posting a new topic in your local (state/region/country) section of this forum.
Please be aware that changes made to the Waze Map do not push an update on your personal navigation history on your device or Saved Places (including Work) linked to your Waze account. You will want to remove those entries from your history and Saved Places and search again. Waze will pull results from Google Maps when it can’t find a match on Waze, but your personal navigation history on Waze (indicated with a recycle clock icon, or a star or briefcase icon for saved favorites) would still be prioritized over a new Google result.
