Hi,
been mapping in the west country and come across this sizable (for Devon) village which is listed as being the village of Offwell by Ordnance Survey. Would it be possible to get Offwell created as a city to enable better navigation? The gazeteer lists it as the only village of that name in the country so no problems there. I attach a link to the centre.
