Hi,

I would like to suggest you to allow the reports even when there is no data network available. In my country it’s common and sometimes, some dangers are simply hidden behind the data network shadow. What if the position and the report were cached and when the data network returns the cache is delivered?

Another suggestion is to have traffic/weather/construction/… reports with segment definition, like START JAM --------- FINISH JAM, so you can have more accurate data to calculate traffic speed, ecc.

Both suggestions have been brought up in the forums many times before. As far as off network functionality goes, Waze is devoted to real time data and seems very reluctant to do anything without a live data connection. By the time you have service again, the issue you were reporting may no longer be valid.
