Over the last few months, I have been working with Johnsninja58 on a project to bring to the New Jersey editing community at the request of PhantomSoul. This project as mentioned in the title is New Jersey UR-MP Stats broken down by county. In the sheet we have a Stats page which displays all counties within the state ordered in Top 10 format based on UR count and % change between scans and also lists the Top 10 UR Solvers within the state and each county’s Solve Rate. This scan is done weekly with the URMP Tracking script and the statistics raw data dumped into the sheet and parsed out in a user friendly format. For those of you in the New York channel (in Discord) may have seen this already as NY has been using this project live since October/November 2017
The stats highlighted in GREEN show a reduction in UR’s from the last scan, the stats highlighted in RED show an increase in URs since the last scan. Each county also has its own individual tab that populates that county’s stats broken down to total UR’s, how many were closed, how many were closed as SOLVED/Not Identified as well as the Top 3 editors for that region based off Best UR Closer, Best MP Closer, and Best Pipelette (UR Responses and Map Comments).
On top of the stats sheet listed above, the entire processes is automated once the data is dumped in by the approved editors, it takes the raw data we input and automatically breaks it down into the appropriate locations within the sheet. Once the data is dumped in, it will then push the statewide stats info right into the NJ Discord channel so everyone who wishes to keep track of stats can be alerted when new data is populated.
As of right now after discussion with leadership its been agreed upon that these scans will be every 6-7 days or so as to not lose data when UR’s disappear from WME. As of this posting (some of you may have noticed it already in the NJ channel on Discord) this project is now live for all to access. Should anyone have questions or feedback by all means feel free to reach out to one of your State Manager(s), Ninja or myself. Should you encounter any bugs with the sheet please submit them via this form so we can keep track of them.
I would like to give a HUGE THANK YOU to Johnsninja58, despite him denying most of the help, this project would not be without his help. I would also like to give another HUGE THANK YOU to PesachZ for working with us to get scripting done to push all this data into Discord via webhooks, and last but not least the NJ and NOR leadership for working with us to bring this data to you all in a simple easy to read format.
