When I got my new phone and was leaving my house for a road trip I went to open Waze and realized I needed to download app. I was late as it was and downloaded it on my way out of my driveway. I didn’t know my username so I had to create and new one. When I got home that night I figured I’d try to log into old account by using the FB sign in. After it sent verification code, I entered it and it lagged and never loaded. I figured I needed to delete the user I had created that morning and after that, there was nothing there. I had to create a new account but the app wouldn’t let me for a couple of days before it finally worked. My original Waze had me in the highest rank there is which I had for over 4 years and 80k miles. Please tell me there is something that can be done and how to go about it. I’ve searched Google to try to find a number with no luck. I even responded to the verification text in desperation. Hope you can help and appreciate any advice. Thank you!
