I have lost my mobile phone and registered in a new one. ether i erroneously erased the account or anything else happened, but all points and status earned from 2010 are lost.
How can i recreate those?

Hi,
You should have been able to use your old ID. I just got back into waze about a month ago, after a couple of years. I logged into my old account and I had all my points, etc. Have you tried that?
