Our business is located beside the new Monroe bypass our old physical address was 627 Union West BlVd. The bypass cut our access and we got a new road. Our new address is 2095 Union Beltway Rd Matthews NC 28104. The new road is labeled wrong and Waze brings you to our old address on the other side of the bypass. This is my first post, forgive me if I didn’t post correctly.

Hello doglvr74 - the road has been renamed, and an address point added for your business address.
The new information will be live in live on the Waze map at the next tile update. That could be as early as tomorrow morning, but sometimes it takes several days for the updates to occur. Please let us know if there’s anything additional that needs to be corrected in the area of the new Monroe Expressway.

It seems it has been partially updated. I added a picture to show. The whole road is named Union Beltway Rd. This new update still shows Union West Blvd at the entrance off HWY 74.

This could be due to Waze caching the street name. An easy way to get it to update is to navigate to that road. If that doesn’t work, there’s another option you can try. First, you’ll have to put your phone in debug mode by searching for the destination “2##2” (no quotes). Next, go into Waze settings, open General, and select “Refresh map of my area”. That should force all the old data to be refreshed and you should see the new street name.
