New WME v2.264

We’ve just released a new version of WME v2.264.

Below you can find a summary of the release.

New features/enhancements:

• The tooltips for Clustered Map Problems, Update Requests, Place Update Requests, and Map Suggestions have received a design update. These tooltips, displayed when hovering over a cluster’s icon, now feature an improved position.

Hi @Darya-Staff ,

I noticed a bug where the language settings aren’t used in WME for the calendar pop up menu. The month name, and day names are in another language. I am using language “English (Australia)”.

This is happening in both PROD and Beta WME environments.

Steps to replicate:

1. Create a new map note or add a road closure to a selected segment
2. Select the expiration calendar field (for map note) or select the start/end date calendar field (for road closures).

Hi,
I’ve noticed a bug when approving a house PUR. Let’s take an example of a house PUR, with a useless photo but on a wrong location.

I approve the PUR, reject the photo and put the PUR on the correct location

When I click on save, the PUR gets effectively saved without image, but the PUR is located at the initial, wrong location

Can this be fixed please?

Could you please let me know what the trigger is to reset the Chat notification counter? I received a chat message this morning, but even after responding to it the notification counter is still showing 1 in red. The chat itself also shows unread above the message. See screenshot below.

I already closed all Waze windows, but that did not help. It’s nothing major and doesn’t hinder WME’s working, but it’s bugging me.

Oh no, sorry I misunderstood.
All complaints are related to this street closure.

This road closure was set via Waze_roadclosures(staff)

It appears that the closure on the segment was suspended during the UR reported time as reflected also in WME. In this case it is WAD for users to be navigated through a suspended closure.

In another possible case the issue is that the closure was wrongly suspended. Is it possible to double-check with the UR reporter? Was the closure still ongoing in live?

It seems to me that Waze suspended the road closure based on the traffic on the parallel roads. The URs confirmed that the road closure was still active.
Anyway, the work on the site has been completed and the closure has been removed
