Incorrect street name

Hi editors, I’m renaming some streets that were incorrect and mixed up in a neighborhood. For some reason, there’s a section that tells me I need permission to modify it, I’m not sure why.

Here is the street in question, which should be renamed to Rivadavia, from that point heading north:

Hi! See if it looks okay or if anything is missing. It might not let you because Level 1 editors have a certain number of daily edits allowed. Also, if you create new segments, remember to mark them as having no street name if you don’t know it (they shouldn’t look reddish). I found some of them near this area but I’ve already corrected them.
