Notification distance is too short

The notification distance has now dropped from 0.5 miles to just 0.3 miles, not really giving us enough time to react.
Especially difficult to react when driving 70 mph on the highways.
Can you move back to 0.5 or better yet, let us wazers set our own notification distances.

I agree, i am getting alerts with less than .2 miles worth of reaction distance. I now find myself constantly looking at the screen while driving in order to see whats ahead so I can react in time. Please go back to .5 mile or higher.

Agree with these two users. It’s been almost a year of this issue. Here’s how the road looks 1.5 mi from the offramp in a 4-lane highway. Direction to the offramp shows up only at 0.2 mi away from the exit. Please help!
