ON - wrong directions to a certain destination

The user’s request content

Directions from downtown to 580 Evans Avenue… made go around in circles… It was raining so maybe the rain made it difficult.
Routing to 580 Evans Avenue ends up in the middle of the on ramp.

It appears that the navigation for this is using the Google GPS pin, which is not 100% accurate. I have updaetd and added more detail to the parking lot, which will prevent the routing from ending on the ramp and ensure that it ends in the parking lot.
