One way restriction during school days

A street in town recently changed to become one way between the hours of 7am and 4pm during school days.

I added the restriction for hours and days (M thru F). I wanted to add a time period of Sept 1 thru June 30 but it didn’t let me set it to be in the past (Sept 1 2025) and I didn’t want to do it just from now to the end of June.

Any tricks or other adjustments to consider or leave it M-F during the specified hours is good enough?

I updated it. I put in the restriction today to June 30 2026, then from September 1 2026 to June 30 2027 with Repeat Each Year checked.
