In case any locals are wondering, Oregon is being converted to FC. The most populous areas are being done first, and many are already complete. We are following the general FC table for the most part, though some “stubs” of roads may not be changed at all, and others may be up or downgraded for short distances for consistency.
Can any of us Junior Editors help out with the change or is it something that’s being done only on a higher level? Or is it something that gets done automatically?
Most of it has been completed, but anyone can contribute to updating FC. What you’ll mostly find now are AGCs that weren’t updated with the rest of a road or road types that match the ODOT map but don’t match how we want Waze to interpret the road’s routing priority.
