Ottawa (West Carleton) Can't edit a road on my daily route

Hi there,

I’m new to editing. I’m having trouble with an edit of my normal work-home route. I fixed one small segment from one way to two way, but cannot change a connecting segment to allow a left turn onto the changed segment. I get the message, “You cannot edit this segment. You may only edit segments in your driving area.” Any help would be appreciated.

Can you check that you are logged in to the account with the same username you use in the client?

Yes, I use the same account on my pc and phone. I can create edits on segments on either side of the no-no segment. Just not on it in particular.

As a new editor your rank level is set to 1.
The segment you are trying to edit must have a lock to a higher level.
Can you send me a permalink and the edit you are trying to make?

Yes. In other cases I have been able to enter changes pending approval. Not here, though.

Allow slight left turn from Constance Bay Road to Constance Bay Road.

I allowed the turn. It will be available in the App in 2-3 days.
