Propose to add a new section to HOV page about speed data based on some additional information that can affect editing.

Summary, can only have two speeds on a segment (other than motorcycles), therefore don’t have HOV left lane, regular traffic center lane, and Bus right lane.

The bottom paragraph is for the Routing server problems and potential new Segment data page.

Vol, looks pretty good. Two minor comments.

  1. In the glossary section the entire lane part is a little deceiving. Take it out of that sentence. Then state for having two type ms of traffic, either in a single lane restriction or on the entire segment, has all types traveling in a “herd” together so it is only one speed. Ex toll free and toll on the same segment or lane.
  2. Did you want to mention motorcycles?

I think I’ve made my draft page consistent with yours regarding HOV/ etc lanes.
