When looking up u-turn prevention, I noticed that it lists junction boxes as being a rank 5 requirement:

Yes, remove the {{as of}}. The rank template is updated by itself, so there’s no need for this

The level restriction is definitely wrong there, and because this doesn’t seem like a controversial change I went ahead and updated that section to use the Rank template for JB (and also removed the {{as of}}). Please let me know if anyone has any concerns/additions.
