I thought the added spaces between sections broke up the wall of text very nicely. Adding the bold style to the note in the bridge feature section also seems useful.
I like to read things a few times over a couple days before I commit to what I think. But one thing that stood out to me in the added loops section was the contractions. I would recommend typing those words out fully rather than using contractions.

Starting and ending a new road at the same segment: I wouldn’t say it’s best to draw the road as two successive segments. Some prefer to just connect after drawing and cut later. I would simply say, “A way around this is to draw the road as two successive segments.”

I’m not sure what you’re talking about here. The paragraph was referring to adding nodes at dead ends, which we don’t need to do, and drawing one-segment loops, which is impossible now.
