Paper Mill Rd, north of Newark Delaware, closed on April 9, for 75 days.
Closed from Fox Den Rd to Stage Rd, in both directions, to replace a large (110 inch) drainage pipe under the road, also, to add a larger tunnel for bikers parallel to the drainage pipe.
