The Town decided to permanently close section of Angell Road between Benjamin Drive and Woodward Road due to safety concerns with the width of the road. It is completely blocked off with permanent barriers at both ends. The church there now owns that property and this change also make Pope Street a Dead End. There is a gate that they open at the entrance to the parking lot on the Benjamin Drive side on Sundays only.
If there is someone who can do map editing, that would be great. A lot of traffic diverts onto Benjamin to bypass Mineral Spring Ave traffic. People end up having to turn around and head back onto Mineral Spring Ave.
