I’m a level 1 editor, and this section is not locked, but it will not allow me to edit the turns. For this section, only the through directions are allowed, no turns.

It won’t allow you to edit the turns because the segment is connected to a Level 4 locked segment. You need a level 4 editor to address this. (You also got some stray characters in your URL, which I’ve removed in the quote.)

I went through and set the turn restrictions for those junctions. Take a look and see if I have it right. You can pop the balloons that the errors caused.
